A cosy, magical little celebration of your family’s Christmas story.

There’s something about Christmas at home that just feels different, isn’t there? Maybe it’s the fairy lights twinkling just that little bit earlier in the evening, or your favourite mug coming out again for hot chocolate season (or mulled wine season, you can't beat a warm mug of the stuff ).

But really, it’s the little traditions that make this time of year feel like home. (My two humoured me for years!)

You know, the way the kids insist on putting all the baubles on the same three branches, (And yes, we are all guilty of re-arranging them later in the evening. 😂) or the kitchen dusted in flour after enthusiastic gingerbread decorating. The special book that comes out every year - ours was The Night Before Christmas.

Those are the moments we remember.

Those are the memories our children will talk about one day with their own children.

That’s the magic.

IN SHORT

These are relaxed, two-hour lifestyle photo sessions in your home that capture your real family Christmas traditions — decorating the tree, baking, reading festive stories, and all the cosy magic in between. The booking calendar opens mid-November, and you can join the early-access list below to choose your session date before it goes public.

Let me tell you what these Christmas sessions are all about...

These are two-hour, relaxed, documentary-style photo sessions in your home, capturing your family simply being yourselves at Christmas.

Minimal posing.

Absolutely no pressure.

100% no “everyone smile at the same time!”

Just your ordinary traditions…which are actually extraordinary.

Here's some ideas of what this could include:

  • Decorating the tree together

  • Making hot chocolates or mulled wine

  • Baking gingerbread men or decorating a festive cake

  • Reading a favourite Christmas story

  • Cosying up in front of the fire together

  • Wrapping gifts

  • Or wandering outside for five minutes of fresh air with rosy cheeks & woolly hats

Whatever Christmas looks like for you, that’s what we’ll document.Because this isn’t about creating a perfect moment, it’s about capturing one that’s already there.

What These Sessions Are Not... (Just so you know.)

They’re not staged or styled and just so you know, your home does not need to be showroom clean (mine never is). The children do not need to “behave” (honestly, chaos is half the magic). Think quiet magic, laughter, togetherness, and a little bit of Christmas sparkle.

Why are these Christmas Photo Sessions two hours?

Because I want you to exhale. To settle in. To actually enjoy the moments, not race through them.

The beautiful stuff always happens when everyone relaxes.

Who these sessions are for...

These are for families and couples (no age limits) who:

  • Love Christmas and want to feel it, not just photograph it

  • Want to capture real memories, not stiff or staged smiles

  • Want to slow down and be present

  • Value connection over perfection

And honestly?

They’re also for me a little bit, because my two are grown now, and I love seeing little ones light up at Christmas. Getting to share that excitement again with your families is something I truly treasure.
